Random... and EV started Polybius in 2012 with the aim to write, record and play unique electronic music.


Being dragged up with the constant thud of the now decaying steel works of Sheffield left an imprint on Polybius who's music always had an industrial undercurrent.

The pair were never friends and were barely on speaking terms throughout their short time together, they chose to speak through their music.

Inevitably their personal differences saw the death of Polybius in 2016. Both parties vowing never to work with each other again.
